Your furniture will be delivered by an expert two-person service, straight to the room of your choice. The evening before, you'll receive a text confirming your 3-hour delivery window - so there's no guesswork on the day.

For extra ease, you can also select our Premium Delivery Service which includes two-man delivery to your room of choice, where your furniture will be unpacked with care and all packaging removed.

Plus, with hundreds of items in stock and ready for 48-Hour Delivery, you can enjoy your new furniture fast.

Two-Man Delivery to your Room of Choice

No doorstep drop-offs here. Our professional two-person team will place your furniture right where it belongs. Our team are equipped to deliver items up to the second floor*, so all you need to do is make space for them.

Transparent and Fair Delivery Costs - We like to keep things simple. Delivery is a flat £39 to most mainland Britain addresses, or £69 if you’d like our Premium Delivery Service with unpacking and packaging removal. An additional charge will be added at checkout for AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA and PH postcodes.
Clear Communication at Every Step - We keep you in the loop. From placing your order to arrival, you'll receive updates so you always know when to expect your delivery.

Flexible Delivery Options - We work around your schedule - simply choose your preferred delivery day*, and we'll text you a 3-hour time slot the night before. It's all designed to make delivery feel refreshingly simple.

48-Hour Delivery on Hundreds of Products

Hundreds of our beautifully made pieces can be delivered in as little as 48 hours - just order before 11am for delivery to addresses in England. Deliveries take place between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm on weekdays (excluding bank holidays).

Regional Delivery Information

Our standard delivery service operates Monday to Friday. Deliveries to Scotland, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and remote areas of Cornwall and Wales may take longer than specified on the product page, potentially up to 3 weeks.
Expedited delivery isn’t available in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Wight, or remote areas of Cornwall. Standard delivery applies in these locations.
We offer delivery for select items to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for £98. Similarly, delivery to the Isle of Wight is possible for some items for £73. Please contact our sales team to confirm if your specific order is eligible for delivery to these locations.
For marble, ceramic, and larger glass tables destined for these areas, please allow up to 4 weeks.

Specialist Delivery Service: Marble, Ceramic, and Extending Glass Tables

Marble tables, ceramic tables, and extending glass tables will be delivered to the ground floor only; we offer complimentary assembly for most of these items. Please check individual product listings for details.

Premium Delivery Service

For just £69 you can select our Premium Delivery Service at checkout. This service includes two-man delivery to your room of choice, where your furniture will be carefully unwrapped and all packaging removed and taken away. Please note, this service is not currently available with our Specialist Delivery Service or to offshore postcodes and does not include assembly of the item.
Premium Delivery Service may be selected at checkout for a charge of £99 to the following postcodes: AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA and PH.
