What does the Lifetime Frame Guarantee Cover?

This guarantee covers the structural integrity of the furniture frame against manufacturing faults. Put simply, if the internal frame develops a fault – like a crack or break in the wood – due to how it was made, we'll take care of it under this guarantee (assuming normal household use). It’s all about standing behind the core construction of your furniture.

Please note: This guarantee applies specifically to the internal frame structure. It doesn't cover issues from accidental damage, spills, improper handling or cleaning, general wear and tear on fabrics or cushion fillings. Recliner sofas and armchairs are excluded and do not carry a lifetime frame guarantee. Discover our furniture protection plan for further peace of mind here.
